      • At VDC, client engagements follow a very specific process from the on boarding process, which signals the start of a relationship with VDC, through the establishment of a path towards new or incremental revenues.  Our existing network of contacts and referrals has offered VDC opportunity to deal with companies of all sizes from all types of industries.  The only constant has been the existence of underutilized data or information asset. 

        Client engagements are first distinguished by the type of business within the big data ecosystem.

        Early stage organizations typically fall into our emerging business solution.  Here, digital data owners can expect consultative services and guidance to bring their existing data assets to a defined list of prospective buyers. 

        Midsize organizations or entities that are already proven within the information and data business, typically fall into our established business solution.  Here, clients can expect an increased level of consultant interaction and ongoing business development activities to support new and or exisiting revenue streams.

        Large organizations or companies that require complex digital data sourcing or new data distribution channels typically fall into our enterprise business solution.  Here, clients can expect an even more involved level of consultation which includes active and ongoing involvement of our founder, Dr. Charles W Stryker.


      • Regardless of the size of your organization, as a client of VDC you can expect our process to follow a path that has proven to be most effective towards newer incremental revenue generation.  Recognizing the complexities of properly navigating an ecosystem that continues to expand exponentially with new data sources and new data uses daily, VDC uses a four phase approach to make sure all efforts are in sync and that clients are in agreement and onboard with all activities.  Those four phases include Determine, Define, Develop and Deliver.

        Determine: This effort is conducted during onboarding and in this phase, VDC starts with an evaluation of all available information specific to the data asset or service.  The depth of this review is first defined by the type of client engagement in place - emerging, established or enterprise level solution.

        Define: With the evaluation sequence underway, the VDC onboarding team associated with the client engagement will seek to gain a thorough understanding of the unique characteristics that can be leveraged.

        Develop: From that base of knowledge, VDC's onboarding and business development teams coordinate to establish innovations in product, service or strategies which are then leveraged by being associated to key prospects identified from the VDC network.

        Deliver: With the plan established and prospects identified, the solution, offering or strategy is brought forth to the specific markets and contacts.  Clients are kept apprised as to the activity associated with efforts on their behalf.
